Founded as Sintanjin Brewery in 2001, Sintanjinjujo is one of Daejeon's leading traditional liquor producers, carrying forward a clear and profound home-brewing legacy that spans a century. Guided by our unwavering belief that quality ingredients make quality liquor, we brew with care using rice and nuruk cultivated and made by us, along with the pristine water of the Geum River.

Our liquor begins with principles that allow no compromise. We avoid artificial sweeteners and preserve the traditional three-stage brewing method to bring out a gentle natural sweetness and deep flavor. At the same time, we continue to move beyond tradition. Advanced automated systems, including smart fermentation controls, allow us to manage every detail from fermentation temperature to production conditions. By reducing variations that can occur in manual processes, we consistently deliver Korean liquor of exceptional and dependable quality.
